So much fun! - Water park was so much fun and very family friendly. There’s a kids pool as well as so many kids slides. Inflatable slides can become slippery and dangerous for little... read more kids, however as adults they’re no issues at all! Onsite cafe was a bit pricey ($10 for one scoop of ice-cream) so recommend bringing outdoor food.
Lots of fun - Excellent day out for our family of 5. It is pricey but we could have easily spent the entire day there. My kids liked the slides better than the inflatables.... read more You can also buy lunch there (basic meals such as pizza, fries etc) for a reasonable price so it saves you having to carry food in.
Heaps of fun! - We went at a great time of year, it wasn't busy- so no lines. It was quite pricey, but if you stay all day, and really make the most of... read more it, the price is worth it. Our kids from teenagers, down to a 7yr old (and adults too) all loved it. For those not swimming, there are lots of nice spots to sit and relax.
Big slides were a hoot!! - My partner and i wanted to kill time and thought we would check out the water park. What a great idea it was, was super fun, especially the bigger slides... read more at the end of the park.
Didn't really check out the inflatable slides as they did have a weight limit lol.
Was good fun, but $89 each per adult does get slightly costly.
Worth every cent! - Big Bula was one of the best days we had at Denarau.
Ticket prices were well priced. We arrived at 10am when the park opened and all 8 of... read more us (6 adults, 2 children) were of the opinion we had already gotten our monies worth by 11am. The slides are great for all ages and does not require segregation between age groups so you can all stay together and enjoy the park.
The park was relatively busy although we did not have to wait in any line all day like all the other parks.
Food was delicious and well priced considering the overpriced options you have to pay at any other theme parks.
The 4 main fibreglass slides were great for all ages, and the inflatables were fun to fill in the gaps.
Unlike the other reviews here, it is a humid environment and preventing some stains (stains not mould) on the inflatables would be outright impossible without the park constantly smelling like bleach.
We nearly didn’t go after reading some of the reviews, but we are so glad that we did. We had no issues with any of the conditions others have mentioned and after all you are in Fiji.
The staff are great, interact with the kids and make the entire experience even more pleasurable
Do yourself a favour!
Ok, you can disregard all the negative reviews on here and trust me. I’m from Melbourne, travelled here with my husband, 5 & 3 year old, 66 year old Dad,... read more my sister, her hubby and her baby. This place was incredible For all of us! Note I’ve travelled extensively around the world and have very high standards of .. well everything and I don’t spend money lightly.
I read the reviews and almost didn’t come but it was across the road and I thought surely it’s gotta be some fun and it was!
We paid $323 for all 8 of us (Dad as a spectator and the baby free) and it was worth every dollar. Where to begin on why? I’ll try!
There is an entire section dedicated to kids.. All these inflatable slides and climbing obstacle course type things - the kids (and adults!) have a ball. It was hot when we arrived but as soon as you enter the waters you feel instantly refreshed and cool. This is the area where the reviews seem to be bad. Yeah, ok, so the water at the bottoms of those inflatable slides isn’t crystal clear.. it’s filled fresh every day and the only ‘dirtiness’ to it are the leaves that fall from the trees and come off people’s feet! You’re in Fiji surrounded by trees! Yes there are also some black ‘mould type’ stains on some of the inflatable stuff but how can they help that? Again.. You’re in Fiji! And they are just stains (almost like permanent marker) not actual mould at all! I am very fussy, very clean and don’t like any mess, dirt and have very high standards but you need to take this for what is is. Pure fun!
So as you keep walking down through there are plenty of tables with shade and chairs to dump all your belongings, there’s a bar for drinks and food and then, the best part of the park right at the end 5 incredible water slides. You would technically say they’re for bigger kids and adults but we all used them. They range in terms of adventurous / scariness but I had my 3 year old on there and my 5 year old couldn’t get enough too. Nor could us adults! It was like the adults down the end were just loving bringing out their inner child, the children were just loving being children and the teens were so adventurous! This place is nothing like Wet and Wild in QLD in that there are NO line and no rules. No bull**** around height, weight and age - just so laid back keeping it simple and fun. There is a shallow pool down there too for kids / adults to splash around in with some amazing cushions to float on. Surrounding this area are deck chairs and awesome cabana couches and pods. Music plays throughout the day too so the vibe is awesome.
The staff are so great! Not only are they so relaxed but they also get amongst it and they interact with you / your kids and go down slides with them too. They also go up and down themselves and it’s awesome cause others pick up different techniques for sliding down to maximise speed etc. Heaps of staff around too so always someone to ask a question.
The park is one long park, aisle style, so it’s impossible to lose your kids cause they could only ever get so far.
In the inflatable area there is a fun gladiator type section which is fun for kids and adults.
It’s a short walk from the Sheraton and Sofitel but you could walk from the Wyndham and Raddison too. Otherwise your hotel buggy or the Bula Bus will get you there. You can take your own food and drink or buy it there.
Highly recommend. Go there, enjoy it and don’t sweat the small stuff.. which is literally just some leaves in the bottom of the kids pools and some stains on the inflatable stuff which is really to please the kids anyway!!
PS the blue and white slide at the end so. Much. Fun!
Amazing experience - This was an amazing day full of fun, the lines are short and move very fast and we are able to do heaps of rides within a few hours
We had such a great day with the kids, so many fun slides. It was a great surprise for them and a great way to cool down. Great for all... read more ages.

Our family had alot of fun here however we did feel the price was very expensive for a family activity, even by NZ standards this would be double what we... read more would expect to pay in NZ for a simular family activity day.
The inflatables were well worn and could do with a good water blast and chlorine treatment to treat the black mould on the climbing stairs and seams of the inflatables.
The water slides have been a good addition to the fun park, mostly are good fun provided they are used correctly but definitely take care with the big funnel slide. Its a 2M pool and disorientating when you drop down into the depth of this off the ride.
I would recommend children 5 years plus for this park to get the best out of your money.
This was a great way to fill up our afternoon our first day in Fiji. It was expensive for what it was, but I still think it's a fun 1/2 day activity for kids. My husband and I enjoyed some of the bigger slides. Only 2 inflatable slides were not in service when we were there. I've been to large crowded water parks in the states, and what made this experience really enjoyable was the lack of crowds. It really wasn't busy the day we were there so we didn't have to wait in lines or share space with too many people. We were there between about 1:30-and 4:30 pm.
Quite expensive for what it is but then again we're quite spoilt for water parks in Australia.
